Becas Universitarias USA was born out of our personal experiences in the USA as students. We met new people, that to this day we still call family or friends; we were able to complete our studies and realize dreams. Historically our family has always been in the education field under our parent company Meca Centre and it´s sister company Imotech, two companies that focus in education for adults and children and in technology consulting and management for private business and public entities.
With that knowledge, we have already helped guide several students in their path to studying in a foreign country for high school and college, managing their acceptance, host families or campus housing, athletic teams, documentation and bureaucratic processes.
Because of the positive personal and our student’s experiences, we decided to create Beca Universitarias USA
For Becas Universitarias USA every student is treated as if we were dealing with our own exchange in a foreign country, because we know firsthand the fears and insecurities that both students and their parents feel.
I studied my Junior year of Highschool in the US, that allowed me to learn the language and culture and to create connections. I was able to transfer my grades to Spain and I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education and Psychology, and a master’s in special needs education. For the past few years, I have been working in the public and private education fields.
My amazing experience in the US, the good memories, and the opportunities it provided me with, have cause me to want to share with my students the experience of being able to study in a foreign country. Therefore, I have assisted them and their families with their scholarships, documentation and processes, contacts with schools and colleges… It brings me great joy to see firsthand to see my students go thru learning and personal growth.
I took off to the US when I was just 15 years old. I completed my last two years of high school in the US where I graduated. I was able to balance school with my golf practices and competitions. That trajectory allowed me to be awarded with a golf Scholarship at Central Baptist College, where for four years I was able to compete at a national level and obtain a bachelor’s degree in International Business.
Currently I live and work in the US, and it is from here where I’m able to support or headquarters in Spain with direct contacts with Universities and coaches. Additionally I am able to help students with all of their daily needs, completion of paper work, bureaucratic processes and to get settled in the country.
